Agree on availability, communication, roles and a fallback before the group starts.
Open the personal Heist Planner and add each participant's name or handle and role. Record platforms, availability and your chosen session window in the notes. Include a date and timezone when sharing the plan, especially if people live in different regions. If you are looking for a group, browse the separate visitor-posted Crew Finder directory.
Confirm that everyone can join using the game's published platform and session rules. This website's participant range is a planning suggestion, not a confirmed GTA VI lobby limit.
Pick a communication channel everyone can access. Decide who will organize the session, who will explain the plan and how people should signal a pause or connection problem.
Keep role assignments flexible. Use a shared build link to discuss your own loadout and budget assumptions, while recognizing that sample weapon ratings do not confirm what the game will allow.
Decide what to do if someone is late, a feature is unavailable or the group runs out of time. A smaller goal or a rescheduled session is easier to agree on beforehand than during a disrupted evening.
Set an end time that respects everyone's availability. If money or percentages are part of the plan, confirm them before starting and keep the assumptions visible.
At the end, note what worked, what was confusing and one change for next time. Update the local session plan rather than assuming the site has connected player statistics or live matchmaking.
Mark completed checklist items and use Reset when you want to reuse this preparation list for another session.
