Call the broker from the submersible's planning room and start the 'Gather Intel' setup. Fly in with the unmarked seaplane — it keeps the cooldown shorter than the jet-ski.
Photograph the bridge, the engine bay, the stern dock, the upper-deck heli pad, and the safe room. Miss one and you'll scope again, costing 20+ minutes.
You only need three prep missions: Cutting Torch, Weapon Loadout, and Approach Vehicle. Skip every other prep — they cost more than they save on a solo run.
Weapon Loadout: lock in the Suppressed pistol loadout so you keep the suppressor through the yacht.
Approach Vehicle: Submersible. Don't waste time on another approach solo — the sub is the fastest respawn.
Surface in the reef channel, swim under the hull, and use the maintenance hatch to enter the engine bay. Move silently — every guard you tranq is one fewer alarm.
Take the side stairwell up to the safe-room corridor. Cut power, blow the safe, grab the primary target.
Inside the safe is the primary. If it's the rare watch case, your payout roughly doubles — confirm before committing.
On the way out, sweep the engine-room bay (3 contraband stacks most runners ignore) and the upper-deck bar (cash drops behind the counter).
Drop off the stern, jet-ski waiting in the channel. Hug the reef south until you clear the patrol cone.
Submerge once you're past the buoys — the chase resets when the chopper loses line of sight.
Cooldown is 144 minutes, half of that with the broker's expediter perk. Run a Vice City freemode loop in the gap.
On replays, swap your primary target every other run — secondary scarcity resets per attempt.
