Plain-English version: use the tools, don't scrape the datasets, the trademarks belong to Rockstar, we're independent, and the live stats come from a public API.
Who's offering what
iloveleonida is an independent companion super-app for Grand Theft Auto VI, operated by the iloveleonida team. The site, tools, and data are offered as-is. Use them at your own discretion.
Free and Pro tiers
The Free tier is yours forever. The Pro tier (post-launch, $9/month) is billed as a recurring subscription — cancel any time. Waitlist members in the first 50,000 slots get six months of Pro free, applied automatically when billing opens.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape, don't republish our datasets without attribution, and don't try to reverse out other users' private profile data. Crews are public; profiles are private until you opt in to matchmaking.
Account and stat data
Live stat tracking (post-launch) reads from Rockstar's public player API. We never ask you to log in to Rockstar through us. If Rockstar's API changes or revokes access, the live tools may degrade until we adapt.
Trademarks
Grand Theft Auto, Grand Theft Auto VI, Vice City, Leonida, Rockstar Games, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. iloveleonida is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
User content
Content you submit (waitlist handle, crew profile, build URL) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant iloveleonida a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it inside the super-app for the purpose of operating the matchmaking and sharing features.
Liability
iloveleonida is provided without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses tied to use of the tools — including missed heist payouts, busted lobbies, or anything else in-game.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on the home page or by email to waitlist members. Continuing to use iloveleonida after a change means you accept the updated terms.
